CPS serie Air inlet/curtain temperature/static pressure controller

The CPS product range gives you full control over static pressure and airflow to ensure optimal air quality in your facility.

CPS-1/R & CPS-1/V

• The CPS-1 provides microprocessor control over one stage. The stage regulates the static pressure of a room via the use of actuator motors which in turn control the building’s air inlet baffle boards or air inlet curtains.
• The static pressure can be controlled by monitoring the ambient temperature in the room (with 2004-1k temperature probe) or for greater accuracy by using the SPS-1 optional static pressure probe.
• The CPS-1 provides you with full control over its stage via the use of an easy-to-follow display panel.
• All programmable features can be customized to meet your requirements.
• The CPS-1 has programmable temperature and static pressure set points which are the base point for the control of an actuator motor.
• The delay time before the actuator motors start to run, as well as the period of time it operates for are fully programmable.
• The CPS-1 keeps you constantly informed by displaying the status of its output as well as the ambient temperature or static pressure levels.
• Safety of livestock is ensured by the continuous control of climate and timely alarm notification should environmental conditions exceed alarm set points. Further security may be obtained by connecting all CPS series controls in a network configuration to an optional RCM-40 remote monitoring unit. This provides remote control monitoring of each room. All programmable settings are maintained indefinitely whether the CPS-1 is powered. With CPS-1 in control of your climate, you are assured of optimal living conditions for your livestock.

CPS-1L1

• Natural ventilation controller for the management of 1 Air inlet or 1 curtain.
• Low temperature sensor (-5 to 35 degrees Celsius) or static pressure
• 1 temperature probe (2004-1KLT) of one foot included

CPS-2C

Natural ventilation controller for the management of 2 Air inlets or 2 curtains. With Core 100 technology.

Compatible probes that can be connected to the CPS-2C controller with a short description of their function.

• 2004-10K (black cap) Temperature probe with a temperature range of -58 to 140°F (-50 to 60°C).
• GE-SP1 Static pressure probe with a measuring range of -0.500”H2O to 0.500”H2O.

Compatible modules that can be connected to CPS-2C control with a short description of their function.

• Computer interface
• NET-IN2 Communication Module (Module inserted into the controller to communicate with the computer interface)
• RF-IN Communication Module (Module inserted into the controller for a wireless communication with the computer interface)

CPS-2M/V

• The CPS-2M provides microprocessor control over two independent stages.
• Each stage regulates the static pressure of a separate room via the use of actuator motors which in turn control the building’s air inlet baffle boards or air inlet curtains.
• The static pressure can be controlled by monitoring the temperature of the room (with 2004-1k temperature probe) or for greater accuracy by using the optional SPS-1 static probe.
• The CPS-2M provides you with full control over its two stages via the use of an easy-to-follow display panel. All programmable features can be customized to meet your requirements.
• Each stage has programmable temperature and static pressure set points which are the base point for the control of actuator motors.
• The delay time before actuator motors start to run, as well as the period of time they operate are fully programmable.
• Air quality is ensured by continuous climate control.
• All programmed parameters are retained indefinitely, regardless of whether the CPS-2M is powered on or off.

CPS-3C

• Natural ventilation controller for the management of 2 air inlets or curtains and a heating outlet.
• Static temperature or pressure.
• Core 100 technology.

CPS-3M

• The CPS-3M provides microprocessor control of two natural ventilation stages and one heating stage.
• Each stage regulates the room temperature by controlling an air inlet or curtain and a heating system.
• The CPS-3M gives you full control of two outputs from an easily operated control panel.
• All functions can be programmed to suit your needs.
• The CPS-3M keeps you constantly informed of the status of the ventilation and heating stages by displaying them.
• Each stage has programmable temperature set points to control the cylinder motors.
• The delay before the operation of the cylinders is also programmable.
• All programmed parameters are retained indefinitely, regardless of whether the CPS-3M is powered on or off.
