Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to automated livestock management systems.
  • Repair any breakage related to the electronic systems of products (replacing electronic and mechanical parts).
  • Restore systems to operation as quickly as possible.
    Configure customer products for commissioning.
  • Train customers (farmers and distributors) in the daily use of products and support them as needed.
  • Provide personalized and quality service.
  • Travel across the province of Quebec to farms.

Requirements:

  • DEP in electromechanics of automated systems or a diploma in electronics or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-reliant with good organizational skills.
  • Passionate about agriculture.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of ventilation is an asset.
  • Functional in French and English.

Employment Conditions:

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Daytime schedule (flexible), Monday to Friday (occasional evenings and weekends for emergency calls).

If you are passionate about the latest technologies, autonomous, and enjoy traveling the countryside of Quebec while providing impeccable customer service, this position is for you!

What we offer:

Receiving/Shipping Clerk Warehouse
  • Receive and store merchandise;
  • Manage receiving documents;
  • Follow priority directives for orders;
  • Prepare, pack, and ship orders;
  • Operate an electric forklift;
  • Inspect actuators (screw conveyors);
  • Clear doorways and manually spread abrasives (seasonal);
  • Lift loads daily ranging from 1 to 40 lbs (0.5 to 18 kg);
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience;
  • Forklift operation is an asset, training will be provided on-site;
  • Punctual;
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness;
  • Team spirit;
  • Dynamic, with professional ethics and autonomy;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in French
