Broken products, burned fuses, blown circuit breakers and faulty probes can be harmful to animals inside the building. It is therefore strongly recommended to install emergency equipment, an alarm or warning equipment. Replacement equipment should be available at the customer’s facilities. The product manufactured by the manufacturer is protected against normal voltage increases. Abnormal voltage increases caused by lightning or the power source can damage the product. For safety against voltage increases, it is recommended to use a device that reduces voltage increases as well as noise on the electrical distribution panel. This equipment is available from most electrical equipment suppliers. Shielded cables for probes are highly recommended for even more lightning protection. It is also forbidden to connect your regulator from an outdoor overhead wire to avoid attracting lightning.
The manufacturer recommends that any installation be carried out by a qualified electrician or installation technician. In addition, the manufacturer recommends that all functions related to the controller, including the alarm system and emergency devices, are checked after installation, after a change in the installation itself and then once every month. The verification and replacement of fuses and the initialization of controller parameters are the responsibility of the product owner.

Proof of purchase is required for validation of the warranty.
In all cases, the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and specifically excludes any damage caused by overload, short circuit, misuse, acts of vandalism, lightning, unforeseen events, deluge, fire, hail, or natural disaster. Any work, modification and repair not authorized by the manufacturer on this product automatically cancels the warranty and releases the manufacturer from any liability.
The manufacturer assumes only the above obligations, excluding any other warranties or obligations. This warranty stipulates that in all cases the manufacturer will be responsible only for the replacement of the appliance or defective parts and will not be responsible for personal injury, damage, loss of profit, stoppage of operations, fines for breaking the law or damage to the BUYER’s production. The BUYER shall take responsibility of the defense and hold the manufacturer innocent with respect to any of the legal or extralegal procedures or requests of the Customer or by a third party and with respect to any legal or extralegal expenses and fees incurred by such damage.

8-year warranty on Multifan engines, distributed as follows:
Full warranty for the first 5 years of use
60% of warranty in the 6th year
40% of warranty in the 7th year
20% of warranty in the 8th year

To ensure the warranty, you must replace all parts with original products from Monitrol. For all other warranty issues, it is necessary to obtain after-sales service approval otherwise no refund will be allowed. Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation.
