At Monitrol, a leader in the cutting-edge agricultural industry in North America, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Representative to join our growing team. If you are passionate about the latest technologies, autonomous, and enjoy traveling the countryside of Quebec while providing impeccable customer service, this position is for you!
What we offer:
- A key role where you will be responsible for visiting existing clients and soliciting new ones.

- A position combining technical support and sales, with 60% of your time on the road and the rest in the office (which could be at your home!) for managing documentation, quotes, and order follow-ups.

Territory: Province of Quebec
Salary Range: $50k to $90k + benefits (Phone, computer, clothing, and vehicle included) – salary is based on experience.

- Recevoir la marchandise et la ranger;
- Gérer les documents de réception;
- Suivre les directives de priorités au niveau des commandes;
- Préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes;
- Conduire un charriot élévateur électrique;
- Effectuer l’inspection des actuateurs (vis sans fin);
- Dégager les portes et épandre manuellement des abrasifs (saisonnier);
- Soulever quotidiennement des charges variant de 1 à 40lbs (0.5 à 18 kg);
- Effectuer tous autres tâches reliées au poste.
Compétences recherchées
- Diplôme d’études secondaire ou expérience équivalente;
- Conduite de charriot élévateur, un atout, la formation sera dispensée sur place;
- Ponctuel;
- Bon sens de l’organisation et des priorités;
- Rigueur et souci du détail;
- Esprit d’équipe;
- Dynamisme, éthique professionnelle et autonomie;
- Bonnes habiletés de communication orale et écrite en français.
Un montant de 150$ est octroyé annuellement pour l’achat de chaussures de sécurité.
